Adsense Program-Leverage

Internet income is an unreliable income but difficult to accept by Malaysian including my parent whom run a business more than 30 ++ years. The business in their mind must have physical warehouse, goods, workers, vehicles and etc. There is a conventional method of business. However, the concept of business should change with the global changes.

The creation of internet makes a huge impact to world. Globalization is power leverage in internet world. The customer you looking for is not limited but to the whole world. How you gap this opportunity? “Knowledge and information”. This are the main keywords people are searching for in the internet but a lot of people want free information.

How to use this powerful leverage to generate money? But free of change? The answer is by Google Program-Adsense.

How I find the “Adsense Program”? I should take this opportunity to thanks to my lovely wife whom subscribes a religion magazine on behalf on me a year ago. Initial I subscribe the magazine to fulfill her because she knows that I am a person whom never believes of God. I never touch the magazine but my wife will ensure I read the article magazine. Religion magazine is damn boring and there is in my mindset initially. I just roughly go through and finally I found the written content is knowledgeable until couple a months ago, they published the “Adsense Program” which I never heard before. Perhaps I seldom surf the net. Thus, I told my wife regarding the program. But she laughs at me and asks me better concentrate on my professional survey. The following months, appeal again the “Adsense Program” in the magazine. I quietly surf the website and check what is the powerful of this program. Its sounds interesting when the website mention by using blog, you can generate passive income. In my mind, there is no harm to try and it free.

The http://ilmunidham.blogspot.com is created mainly want to venture in internet world which I believe it is a powerful leverage that I need to fully utilize. I start post article but with good content and realize that it is fun. Perhaps I just a beginner and still can not see the handsome income from Google.

For those who enjoy blog and want to share information and knowledge, there is a free tip to generate income from one of my friend from UK, Michael Cheney.

Always remember these 4 items as your compass

1. Content
· Write high quality article and do not copy article from others people. You can share your view in same article but don’t copy and paste. Good content will reflect the Google Ads.

2. Keywords
· Do not simply post a keyword. Choose a high-paid keyword which will relate the Google Ad. You can use Adword program in Google to search for Best Keyword.

3. Your ads
· Let google to assist you.

4. Traffic
· Promotion. You need to promote your blog. There are many methods to promote. One of the simple way is before you invite people to your website or blog. Please visit their website or blog and comment the blog if there is a good quality article. Hopefully, they will visit you in one day. The most you visit, the more visitor will come to you

I wish above simple basic will guide you to AdSense success

*Perhaps you just want to have fun which blog but why don’t let Google generate some income to you when you post a good article. If you don’t need the money, please kindly donate to clarity society which needs the fund to run their organization. Let us serve to people who need our service. God will bless you.

Nature Tips to keep fit

  1. “Eat when you hungry and cease before you full” from Malay culture
  2. Avoid party gathering
  3. “Minimum meat and maximum vegetable” from my lovely mum
  4. “Exercise-Walk” from Veerasamy
  5. “Sleep early and wake up early” from myself

Follow me-Walk

I wake up early in the morning on this Sunday before 6 am because I feel sorry if I don’t write this article to one of the blogger’s friend, Carol. Even through I just meet you by net but I feel happy if this information can assist you in your lever problem.

According to New Penguin English Dictionary, liver is define as a large vascular glandular organ of vertebrates that secrets bile and causes changes in the blood, e.g. by converting blood sugar into glycogen.

Damage of liver is a normal disease especially in Asian and perhaps in this world because of daily polluted food we take and it happens to my uncles also. Nowadays, farmers are using all sorts of chemicals (herbicide and pesticide) to boost the product and the victim is us if we do not know how to handle of cleaning this toxic. We can’t see this toxic by naked eye and we are happy to see this fruit in fresh condition without any attach from insect. In fact the fruit is sprayed with chemical to avoid the pest attach. Good for fruit but no to human. Thus, our body is full of toxic which we are no alert. There are many methods to clean up from our body but involve of money.

Couple days ago, I read an article regarding walk to prolong our life in a paper. It is a part of basic exercise which people intend to forgive the benefit of walking. People are buying thousand of dollar tools for exercise but still end with disease. I noticed that most of the people do not like to walk and refer use a vehicle to move around which is bad to our health. Look at our grandfather generation, they are healthy even until senior age because they walk and work. No computer, no TV and their life are simple.

Here I would like to code one of my former foremen when I was a planter. I used to call him, Veerasamy and this year he should be 74 years old. He born on year 1930++ but he still fit to work. No, I should say he like to work because by working he can walk around and make his time fully occupy. I respect this senior Indian foreman. He is a simple and likes to share his view if you need him. He likes to walk and you hardly can see him sit at the house. He used to joke with me and say. “Tuan, our body similar to this tractor engine. If you don’t start regularly and subsequently it will condemn by itself.” I just laugh at that moment. But today I realize Veerasamy is correct. We need to look after our body before we regret.

In Chinese massage treatment; they claimed that our foot has inter-connected with all the organs in our body. Yoga practice also involved of our foot and doctor always encourage us to walk. Hence, I believe the creator is fair to us where He provide us 2 legs and He wants his follower to walk. Come, Carol. Follow me and WALK.

Powerful Management Skill-20/80 concept

There was end of the year 2003 where I just promoted as senior assistant manager and HQ had made a cross changes between the managers among the operating centers. He was posted to Kerling estate as Acting Manager and I still can remember the first day, he had emphasized on 20/80 concept to all the staff because he noticed that this operating centre was not well managed. But none of us understood what message he wanted to channel to us. Everybody just knotted their head and pretend understood including me.

What is 20/80 concept? Basically, the concept is simple and I used 2 easy examples as below:-

1. Use 20% our time to gain 80% information (just like all the internet users use internet to look for information without going out)

2. Use 20% effort to gain 80% result or objective.

Talk is easy but how to apply to our management environment? There was my big question mark appeal in my mind when I was a planter. If you are planter or work in huge company, I think you will face the decision making problem. Everybody will consult with you for decision. Planter is the worst. Even the worker family problem you need to solve also. We don’t have a personal time for our self unless you take the vacation and forget the estate life. But you still can’t escape, once you back to estate. Similar problem will appear. Everybody is depending on you. There why people used to say planter is the king of estate.

Ok. Let me continue what is 20/80 concept. I found the answer from Chinese paper on yesterday 15 November 2006. The article emphasize why a lot of top management fail in their management team and these group do not realize that workers are main asset to hit the objective (profit). Here they related the 20% is the manager or leader and the others 80% is workers. So, you are the 20% and are the vital part in your company. But how are you going to tackle your workers? Buy them lunch?

The article had advised the management to avoid by making decision by said there 2 phases
1. ‘Yes’ or ‘No’,
2. ‘Right’ or ‘Wrong’.

This is not a primary school where you can’t say you are right or you are wrong. Thus, as a responsible leader, you need to ensure you have good reason to support your decision before people queering you.

Below is my case study on handling decision.

Handling problematic worker

Ø Most of the oil palm or rubber plantations are facing labor shortage and recruitment from foreign country is normal to a planter. Similar to me when I was in Kerling Estate, I was short of rubber tapper during that period and HQ had sent a batch of foreign Indian workers to my operating centre. I need to train them before they were able to tap and this was a normal producer in my management team. Wages will be low compare with tapper. However, this batch of foreign Indian was cheated by their agent because the agent claimed that they will earn high income when in Malaysia. The worst part was the agent said that they will be working in air-condition factory and when they reach at estate, they just realized they are cheated. We were pity of them.
Ø Most of them do not want to work at estate environment but I as a leader I need to change their mindset of estate environment. I need to make fast decision to keep them. For them money is important because they spent plenty of money to come over and their family need money too. I went down to the ground and met this batch of workers and told them if they were willing to earn high income. I can provide them with a condition. Learn how to tap the rubber tree where the price was increasing everyday and I foresee it was an opportunity for them to earn good income in estate. Finally, they listened to me and started learning the skill of tapping. Before I left the estate, they were well paid with they effort and my farewell party also was organized by them.

This is a win-win situation for both parties. I was respected by the estate workers and this 20/80 concept should be shared among the young planter. Even through I had left the plantation, I think I still can contribute my knowledge and share with your all.

Disaster Tool

As a normal people, we would not want a disaster hitting our lives. However, we can not predict and avoid disaster. It is out of our control and it occurred to one of my blogger friend. She lost the job recently and I think it will be a big impact to her economic even though her husband is working.

This mummy does not stop as this but she starts with blogging and attempt to earn passive income though Adsense Program. I can say that she is a great woman because she knows how to survive during disaster period and this has been proven by Dr. Kamal Jit Singh article’s “Opportunity in Disaster”. Even though the income she earned just $0.60 but it is a good start rather than nothing.

For your information, Dr. Kamal is the CEO of British Telecom’s Asian Reseach Center and specialize in using innovation as a strategy for increasing competitiveness.

He coded a few well-know person whom survives from disaster and one of them I extract out is Thomas Watson Sr, IBM former president. He changed the entire life because of a disaster. Before Watson joins IBM, he is a sewing machines seller. However, the job does not last long. He was fined by his boss due to a bad incident to him. His entire sample had been stolen due to his careless. This disaster forced him to move on and eventually he landed at IBM where he oversaw the company’s growth into an international force. Is it a great impact of the disaster tool?

Thus, my friend. I believe our God is creating an opportunity for you. Gap and exploit the disaster opportunity.

Say No To Tuition

“Tips Peperiksaan Malaysia” a website created by Andrew Choo. What is going on to our education system? Why we need tips or tuition for exam? Is it our school teacher is not efficient enough as those day or they take an opportunity to create a business for them. As a parent, are we going to see this scenario to carry on or we need to take action on it.

How many of our children do not take tuition? I believe very rare. Most of the parents especially in urban area will ensure their children go to tuition. It is a part of their life. If you don’t send your children to tuition, people will point finger to you and blame you are no a good parent. What happen to us? Tuition, tuition, tuition.

When I was in primary school, my mum sent me to tuition. I can honestly tell you. Children do not like this boring “TUITION”. I represent the whole world’s children and tell you all parents. “We hate tuition”.

Why we need tuition or tips? In tuition, are we going to learn something special from syllabus? No. It is a repeating subject. I can tell you, smart children do not like repeating program. Boring! I not condemn tuition but it waste the children time to rest and perhaps by taking tuition time, they can learn others benefits program.

Dear parents and my new generation, focus is important during class period and post question if you don’t understand. Don’t be shy if you want to success. Teacher is well paid so you can ask many questions as you like. No people can blame you. Teacher also needs to create an environment so that every student can absorb what you are teaching. Treat the student as your baby and I don’t think you will spoil them. Educate them properly because they are our future.

Title as “Say No Tuition” because I realize that we study in school or university no to score “A” or get first class in university. Information and knowledge are important tools to gain before we go to real world. Look around this world, how many rich business men have great education. Bill Gates no even has degree and he is a smart guy. He looks for opportunity-information.

Wake up my new generation! Don’t become “Poor Dad”! Tuition, tuition, tuition………

Strata Title Application-Valuable Tip from Land Survey Department, Melaka

I was informed by my boss that Land Survey Deparment (JUPEM), Melaka’s officials will do the checking on Jaymuda commercial Building on thursday morning. We are waiting for JUMP official for quite long especially the owners of these two commercial buildings.

The building was constructed more than 20 years but the owners still struggle of their strata title.

These commercial buildings is located at Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Melaka and well know as “Bank Street” if you are Melaka citizen because you can find most the bank at this area such as Maybank ank, Public Bank, Am Bank, Hong Leong, Bank Simpanan Nasional and a few insurances companies.

This is a great architect design where they design the building in cord shape and it is a tough task for me to do the strata because normally the unit is is rectangle shape. A lot effort has been put in to ensure the survey is well measured because it relate to the owner title. I took nearly 2 years to complete the project start from the approval individual lot and now to the individual strata title.

Today I’m not going to discuss what is Strata title but more to share with you all the benefit tips I gain during JUPEM official visit. Below are some comments from the officials:-
  1. Ensure that the lot boundary is away from building line especially the planter box and the roof where we usually omit it. According to Strata Act, a penalty will be fined for RM10 per each planted box for 25 years. Thus, be alert! This is an additional cost for the owner.
  2. Ensure that the individual building which enquired for strata application should be in a specify lot. One lot for one building.
  3. Area always is a big issue in strata application and many cases has been bought to high court. Always check with S & P agreement especially the party wall.
  4. The tolerance of the survey with approval plan is 100mm.
  5. Approval amendment plan is important document if there is a renovation.

Above tips from JUPEM should be useful for those involved in strata application and lastly, I wish the entire resident for lot 797 & 798 will get their title sooner.

1 Kg Rice

“ This is my first time I buy 1 kg rice for my babies” gloomy from Andy when we worked in Merlimau, Melaka.

Today is Deepavali and another 3 days will be Hari Raya Aidiftri. The next whole week I will be on vacation with my Danish and his mum. This is a common practice for Malaysian either you are Malay, Chinese, Indian, Baba Nyonya, Portugal, Mat Salleh and others races will do shopping during festival day especially in Melaka State. There are many of races in this historical state.

I am in Tesco Supermarket where I used to go because of the price. Surprising! Plenty of people queue at the payment counter and I grouped them as “last minute” community including myself…hahaha. These group like to do last minute preparation. Maybe it has been cultivated as Malaysia culture. Malay, Chinese, Mat Salleh all do shopping. It is a great country we stay. We celebrate all the festivals especially me. “Deepa-Raya Special Promotion” and there why they used to call Melaka as Shopping Paradise.

Sunday press’s main page: “Traffic jam for 200km on North-South Highway”. Terrible! People are wowing poor economic but the scenario is totally different. Malaysian is lucky compared with my poor Andy. He works hard to survive. He lives because his 5 children and he never regret of what God have give him.

While I’m waiting of my turn to settle my milk powder and I see plenty of cute babies around me and this make me recall Andy’s babies. My “angel” tell me that give a bag of rice for Andy family for celebration “Deepa-Raya”. Yep! They should be very happy to receive it. I settle my payment and ride my motorcycle to my poor Andy house.

Andy’s younger daughter is standing in-front of gate and seen she know I’m coming with their “Deepa-Raya” present. The children look happy while receive from me. I feel glad by this sincere gift where it can give happiness to a poor family such as Andy.

Mum used to tell me this Chinese phase when I was child.
(see on top)

Above Chinese phase emphasized on thankful to social and serve to social if you are affordable. Sorry for above Chinese hand writing.

Suffering of Kidney disease

Recently, my younger brother asks me how to “escape” from Malaysia government tax. I told him that “Bro, go and buy book or computer” which these two items can be deducted in our local tax. He said “No much can be deducted”. I also agreed.

On 21 October 2006, as usual I received mails and one of them is from National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia titled as “The Spirit of Care & love”. I read the letter and saw a wording stated that tax-exemption. Yap! It comes to the right time and right place. My brother can donate some money for charity which I think should be the best solution of how to escape the tax.

But today I no emphasized above matter. Please continue read my article. There are two pages of this letter. I took the second page and there are two version of language. One in Chinese and the other is English. I used to read Chinese and I noticed that the content is very useful for those suffering of kidney. Here, I would like public this organization which I also never heard before and as a Malaysia citizen, I think it is our responsible to keep this organization to grow. As I know, we need ton of money to cure this killing disease and many people are suffering.

I would like to extract the content of this letter written by Siti zainab binti Hamzah where you all can read the letter in English version. Below is the content:-

“ Having married for just 5 months and expecting my first child, I felt on top of the world, looking forward to starting a family until I was diagnosed with kidney failure. Initially members of my family distanced themselves for fear that the disease was contagious and that I would turn to them for financial aid. I felt hopeless and lost.

For 5 years, I experienced only mild symptoms of kidney disease. I suffered from hypertension and had kidney stones. At work, I was often occupied with my responsibilities as line leader at a manufacturing plant. I found the job stressful, often having to resolve worker dispute to keep the assembly line moving. My small stature compared to my fellow colleagues pushed me to work harder. I often suffered from headaches and took painkillers for relief. But the headaches did not go away for long. I also did not drink enough water which I believe, caused the formation of kidney stones.

It was 7 months into my pregnancy, when my high blood pressure risked both my life and that of the baby. Doctors advised against continuing with the pregnancy. I gave birth to a baby girl Shafikah two months premature. A year after giving birth, both of my kidneys failed requiring me to undergo dialysis. I was told to pay over RM1,900 a month for dialysis. It was a big sum of money for us. We were just starting out on our careers and family.

My husband, Kamaruddin, did not know where to go to look for financial assistance for my treatment. Friends advised us to try traditional medicine instead to treat the illness but it did not improve my condition. After just 2 months without dialysis, I experienced breathing difficulties and fell unconscious at house. I was admitted to the intensive care unit where I lay unconscious for 3 days. By then my body weight had dropped by 19kgs to only 28kgs.

After being discharged from hospital, I moved back to Petaling Jaya. I know I had to continue dialysis treatment. I come to know NFK from my local hospital. They said NFK could help me with my dialysis treatment because of the affordable rate of RM50 per treatment or RM650 per month charged. I turned to the NFK centre in Section 14, Petaling Jaya for assistance.

I am now in my 8th year of dialysis with NFK. My husband, Kamaruddin and I, together with our daughter Sharikah, enjoy the programs offered by NFK for its patients and their families. These programs include patient support groups, therapeutic recreational activities, public awareness, job placement and financial assistance schemes. They have made it easier for us to deal with my disease.

Sewing quilts has become a hobby for me. It keeps me occupied while waiting for my turn for dialysis at the centre. Having learnt the technique from the wife of another patient, now others have also joined in. It is a way for me to earn extra income now that I am a homemaker.

I feel cared for, here at NFK. They have helped us with everything to get my life back to normal. When my kidney failed, my whole family was affected, not just me alone. Now life has meaning again. The patients of NPK and I have the courage to look forward to the future, ever hopeful of what it may bring. This optimism depends on your generosity and compassion to keep us alive.

I can never fully express my gratitude to NFK for this chance to continue living. And I know your continued support and generosity will give me the strength and courage to face reality of life.”

There is end of the letter written by Puan Siti. Many of people in our nation did not aware of this organization including me. For those who can contribute for charity, it is great and God will always bless you.

I did see kidney patient died due to financial assistance and do not know where to ahead. It is sadness. By this opportunity, I wish those read my above article. Please spread this organization especially people rural area such as estate or rural village. They are lacks of information and many of them died because of this killing disease.

Below is NFK full name and contract. Thank you for take your time to read my article. God bless you.

Money Matter

I have a friend which I used to greet him as Mon. He used to told me that "Money is not everything but everything needs money".

Do you agreed with above statement?
