A Special Hello

Sometime human being is funny. A simple word of "hello" can create a new and good relationship between 2 human. So, in order to get along with people especially if you are in working environment. I strongly say that better have more friends than enemies.

Similar to my America blogger friend, Carol. We never meet but she always keep in touch with me. This is to power of friendship. She just email a simple but special "Hello" but it really very meaningful motivation to me. Hopefully all the people can follow Carol attitude footstep.

Fraser & Neave

Past few weeks, I was doing survey at Fraser & Neave, Melaka. I have monitoring the traffic at their warehouse. The bussiness is damn good. Lorries and trailers in and out since early in the morning. Yesterday, before I finished the survey and able to talk to one of their staff. He mentioned that F&N drink is very demending and daily have order to delivery.

Thus, I search the price chart and it is around RM7.80. Is it worth to invest? Let me check their financial statement first. But last week, F&N claimed that their net profit is a few billions. Is it a good share to invest?

New Year's health resolution

I have been doing survey works for few weeks recently and noticed that my skin especially my neck portion looks like burning. It is a normal scenario for a land surveyor but my wife made a noise. She claimed that it will lead to skin cancer and forced me to wear hat, long sleeve and applied lotion on the neck area. She have been alerted me that what for work hard and ignore the health. My wife is a type of person really take care my health especially in food. After married her, I lost my tummy and looks more handsome.
